1. Precision gear: The reducer adopts helical gear design, featuring smooth operation, low noise, high output torque and small tooth gap.
Precision planetary frame: Double support cage planetary frame structure with high reliability, suitable for high speed and frequent forward and reverse rotation, ensuring high torsional stiffness and precision. Axial clearance is adjusted by the adjustment slot on the planetary frame.
2 Inner gear ring: The gear ring is integrated with the casing of the outlet end, and the material is high-grade low carbon alloy steel, which is treated by automatic high temperature carburizing and quenching. 3. Input shaft: The input shaft and locking device adopt integrated design, with double bolts symmetrically distributed, while achieving dynamic balance. By double bolts strong locking effectively prevent the motor shaft drive slippage, to achieve high-precision zero clearance power transmission.
