The customer previously used a PLF090 reducer with a 750W servo motor to drive two synchronous wheel modules. for two-axis motion.
Problems occurred:
1, the pulley is easy to break.
2, the motor is easy to get hot. Heat up too quickly, resulting in torque loss.
3, The noise is too big.
We propose to improve the opinion program:
1, replace one 750W servo motor with two 400W servo motors driving synchronous belt module.
2, replace the middle power output structure with two balanced movement structure.
