In the current mechanisms used to transmit power and motion, the application range of deceleration motors is quite extensive. Low noise reduction motors should be a research and development topic for our reduction machine enterprises. The noise of a gear reducer motor has a significant impact on various aspects such as working smoothness accuracy, gear contact accuracy, gear motion accuracy, assembly accuracy, etc. To reduce the noise of a reducer motor, it is necessary to know the cause of the noise. The noise of a gearbox is caused by the periodic alternating force generated by the meshing of gears inside the machine during its operation, which causes vibration to the bearings and box.
The method for reducing noise in a gearbox is to control electromagnetic noise, reasonably design the structure of the stator core system during design, select slot fit, use inclined slots in the rotor, increase the air gap between the stator and rotor, improve the uniformity of the air gap, and strengthen product process control to prevent problems during the manufacturing process. For controlling mechanical noise, bearings should be reasonably selected to ensure bearing quality, and at the same time, to ensure that the accuracy of the rolling surface is not damaged by forceful knocking during bearing assembly; For structural components, the stiffness of the end cover should be increased, and for the processing of parts, the process procedures should be carefully followed to ensure coaxiality. For ventilation noise, streamline backward tilting centrifugal fan shall be used. For the motor with low temperature rise, the fan can be appropriately reduced. For the ventilation system with poor ventilation, the structure can be improved.
