Application Advantages
1. If high precision is required for winding, a servo motor is needed because the control of the servo motor is more precise, and of course, the winding effect will be better. There are no specific requirements for precision, and the stator is also a relatively conventional product that can be paired with a stepper motor.
2. Inner winding products are often paired with servo motors because inner winding machine technology is more precise and requires higher compatibility; Simple external winding products with low requirements can be paired with stepper motors to achieve ordinary winding.
For those with high speed requirements, servo motors can be used, which have more precise and easy control over speed; For products with general requirements, stepper motors can be used.
4. For some irregular products, stator products with difficult winding such as inclined slots, large wire diameters, and large outer diameters, it is recommended to use servo motors for more accurate control compared to stepper motors.
