① Precision gears: The reducer adopts helical gear design, featuring smooth operation, low noise, high output torque and low backlash.
② Precision planetary frame: double support cage planetary frame structure with high reliability, suitable for high speed and frequent forward and reverse rotation, ensuring high torsional rigidity and precision. The axial clearance is adjusted by the adjustment gouges on the planetary frame.
③ Inner gear ring: The gear ring is integrated with the housing of the outgoing end, and the material is made of high grade low carbon alloy steel with automatic high temperature carburizing and quenching treatment. ④ Input shaft: The input shaft and locking device adopt integrated design with double bolts symmetrically distributed to achieve dynamic balance at the same time. ⑤ Connection plate: advanced connection plate design, can be adapted to any servo motor in the world.
