Applications
Hollow rotary stages are used in laser welding equipment primarily to rotate the workpiece in order to achieve the ability to control the size and shape of the melt pool during the laser welding process. During the laser welding process, the hollow rotary stage can be used to rotate the workpiece for uniform heating, thereby eliminating thermal stress and deformation and maintaining the robustness and accuracy of the welded joint. In addition, the hollow rotating stage can be used to guide the laser beam to achieve different positions of the weld and is able to make the laser welding process more stable by controlling the speed, thus improving the quality and efficiency of the weld.
