Features
The working principle of planetary gearboxes is mainly based on the relative motion of planetary gears, and the reduction is realized by multiple planetary gears meshing simultaneously between the sun wheel and the tooth ring. This design is capable of spreading the load in the case of multiple points of contact, thus improving transmission efficiency and load-carrying capacity.
As a planetary gearbox factory, we have high-end hobbing machine and grinding machine. It ensures that the gears maintain sufficient precision and hardness during operation. Thus, the reducer has a longer service life.
Applications
We currently use the latest grinding process.
Gear precision can reach ±0.002mm.
The accuracy of the machined parts of the output flange of the reducer is ±0.005mm, which is in line with a wide range of automation applications.
The PBF series is an extension of the PLF series, with the shaft output changed to a hole output mount.
This series is ideal for use in transportation machinery.
